Aberdeen sells Leeds retail park

Aberdeen sells the Junction One Retail Park for £37.85m, yielding 6.49%


The 135,000-sq ft open A1 park, located in the Leeds suburb of Beeston, is let to B&Q, DSG and Aldi for a further eight years, with smaller units let to Maplin Electronics and Burger King.

Simon Moscow, fund manager of the Aberdeen Property UK Retail Parks Trust said: "The monies raised from the sale will be used to fund exciting development driven opportunities elsewhere within the portfolio."

BC Commercial advised the vendor, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Colliers advised the purchaser.
