Aberdeen Asset Management complete six new lettings

Six new tenants are to join Aberdeen Asset Management’s retail warehouse portfolio, totalling 83,800 sq ft of space.

Topps Tiles and Maplin will open at Tower Retail Park in Crayford, renting a 6,250 sq ft unit and a 4,550 sq ft unit respectively, both for 10-year terms.  

Tecso will rent a 34,000 sq ft unit for a 20-year term at London Road Retail Park in Newbury.

TK Maxx will join the mix at Bexhill Road Retail Park in Hastings, taking a 20,000 sq ft store for a 15-year term.

Bridge Retail Park in Telford is to let a 15,000 sq ft unit to Smyths Toys for a 15-year term.

And Two Rivers Shopping Park in Stains welcomes restaurant Frankie and Bennys to a 4,000 sq ft unit for a 15-year term.

Simon Moscow, director of fund management, said: "I'm optimistic that the Aberdeen funds will continue to show healthy returns with a number of active asset management initiatives in the pipeline and retailers showing increased interest in the Aberdeen retail parks portfolio."
