GVA GRIMLEY has expanded its shopping centre management team further with the appointment of GRANT OWENS. He joins the company from DTZ in Leeds where he worked for three years in retail asset management.

JONES LANG LASALLE has made two new appointments in its shopping centre management team based in Manchester. CAROL STOLLERY has joined as an associate director from Workman with responsibility for six shopping centres in the north-west including Market Place in Bolton and the Grange and the Pyramids in Birkenhead. And Diane Lyons has joined as a surveying executive.

CBRE has appointed Jane Wynne as senior director to form a new specialist retail management team. She was formerly head of asset management at Quinlan Private, and head of retail asset management at Donaldsons (now DTZ).

LAND SECURITIES has announced the appointment of ANDY BRADLEY as centre director at the Bridges in Sunderland. He has spent the past 27 years working his way up the retail ranks and his previous role was as centre director at East Kilbride, Scotland’s largest shopping centre.

Simon Hartley is joining Cushman & Wakefield’s retail asset management team as senior surveyor. He joins from GVA Grimley where he worked with the in-house retail agency team.

Workman Retail has appointed MARTIN DAVIES as operations manager at The Prospect shopping centre in Hull. He joins from the Whitgift shopping centre in Croydon where he was operations manager for three years.
