Land Sec hires retail leasing director

Land Securities has appointed Gemma Pratt as leasing director of its retail portfolio

Pratt is currently head of leasing at H&M, and will be joining Land Securities on 27 September. A chartered surveyor, with 10 years experience in the property sector, she has been responsible for the H&M UK and Ireland property portfolio for the last three years

She will report to Land Securities' Commercial Director, Ronan Faherty. Faherty commented: "The key to what we do is having the knowledge and understanding of the retail market. This appointment will further enhance and build on this knowledge and help us deliver commercial and successful opportunities to our retail customers.”
