Colliers has appointed Bernard Ferris as head of shopping centre management

Ferris joins Colliers from King Sturge, where he was pivotal in doubling the size of the firm’s shopping centre business over the last three years.

He was elected onto the BCSC Advisory Board in 2008 and is a member of the trade body’s Education and Research Committee.

Mark Jarrett, head of the professional services division at Colliers International said: “We are delighted that Bernard has chosen to join Colliers International at what is a very busy time for us. His experience and contacts in the shopping centre sector will considerably strengthen our retail offer to clients and drive our shopping centre team forward.”
