Marble Place deals set in stone

Two new tenants have signed at the Marble Place shopping centre in Southport.
Café bistro TDF will operate from 850 sq ft after agreeing a rent of £28,000 pa and jeweller Aura Fashion has taken the 1,800-sq ft Unit 16, formerly occupied by Diamonds and Pearls, at £25,000 pa.
At the same time Hair Express has renewed its lease on the 1,300-sq ft Unit 12 at £28,000 pa as part of a national re-structure which has seen it close some of its salons nationally. And soft furnishings specialist Textiles Direct has renewed the lease on the 3,000-sq ft Unit 2 at a rent of £18,900 pa.
