MCARTHURGLEN has appointed JAMES LINDSAY as centre manager for its York Designer Outlet. He has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry including Warner Estate, Westfield, the Trafford Centre and Meadowhall. At the same time KENNY MURRAY is promoted from retail manager at the Ashford outlet to centre manager at the East Midlands outlet. RICHARD GARRATT transfers from his role as centre manager at East Midlands to centre manager for the Bridgend outlet, taking over from DAVID NORRIS, who is to expand his role as McArthurGlen’s group operations director.
INVISTA Real Estate Investment Management has appointed RICHARD O’BOYLE as head of its retail sector team. He brings over nine years’ experience in property fund management with Trinity Investment Management, Stockland Halladale and PRUPIM.
CB RICHARD ELLIS has appointed NEVILLE MOSS as head of retail research for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. He previously held a similar post at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Newly formed PHS COMPLIANCE has announced the appointment of the two directors who will lead the company: TIM BEARDSMORE, ex managing director of Epsilon Test Services becomes commercial director and PAUL CADDICK, ex managing director of CLM Compliance takes the role of operations and technical director.
