Maltings shopping centre secures three new lettings

Jones Lang LaSalle has secured three new lettings at Maltings shopping centre in St. Albans on behalf of the centre owners Boutlbee.
Fashion brand TM Lewin has signed a 10 year lease on a 1,749 sq ft unit and a 1,493 sq ft basement, Joules Clothing has signed a 10 year lease on a 900 sq ft unit with 436 sq ft ancillary space and boutique retailer Huttons has taken a 485 sq ft unit with 392 sq ft of basement space.
