Branded fashion retailer USC is set to roll out its new store format at St.David's, Cardiff in October

The new format, already successfully adopted at the Metro Centre, will bring an entirely new look to St.David's with a striking emphasis on denim and footwear as well as male and female fashion.

The 9,621-sq ft store will offer major brands including including Diesel, G-Star, Replay, Adidas and many more.

Joanne Skilton, of Capital Shopping Centres, on behalf of the St David’s Partnership, the joint venture between CSC and Land Securities, said: “Fashion retailing at St David’s has grown extensively over the past year and USC will add a valuable new dimension to the fashion mix on the upper level. We are also looking forward to seeing USC’s new store innovation come to life.”

At the same time Thomas Cook has taken a second unit at St David's, totalling 1,882 sq ft.

Lunson Mitchenall, Cushman & Wakefield and EJ Hales advise Capital Shopping Centres; CBRE advised USC.
