St Stephens fully let

The St Stephen’s Shopping Centre in Hull, which opened autumn 2007, is now fully let following three new additions

The centre, which was part of the £200m Paragon Square redevelopment, has this quarter seen a raft of new retailers with the opening of the Fit 24 gym, fashion store Cult and Hull’s only Burger King

As a result, the 600-000,sq ft premiere shopping centre has seen an influx in footfall, at a time when other retail outlets have been struggling to stay afloat in the current economic climate.

Steve Hadfield, asset manager at British Land, owner of St Stephen’s, said: "These latest brands all make a significant contribution to what St Stephen's has to offer, continuing to attract growing numbers of shoppers from across the region into the centre."
