Invista appoints Richard O’Boyle as head of retail

Invista Real Estate Investment Management, the largest listed real estate fund manager in the UK, has appointed Richard O’Boyle as head of the retail sector team

O’Boyle brings over nine years’ experience in property fund management, specialising in the retail and leisure sectors. He joins from Trinity Investment Management, where he held the role of director of investment and asset management since May 2009. He has also previously held roles at Stockland Halladale and PRUPIM.

As sector head, he will lead a team of six in driving strategic investment opportunities and proactively managing a portfolio of over £1 billion of retail and leisure assets across the UK.
