STEPHEN HILL, previously a director of asset management at CBRE and more recently with Stockland, is to head BTWSHIELLS’ new Glasgow office. He will be joined by STUART LOCKHART who is currently with Stockland.
KING STURGE has appointed TOM STUART-SMITH as a senior surveyor in its shopping centre management team. He joins from Jones Lang LaSalle and will be working on UBS’ shopping centre assets including Springfields Outlet Centre in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
CAPITAL SHOPPING CENTRES has awarded the post of general manager of Eldon Square in Newcastle to PHIL STEELE, who moves from The Bridges in Sunderland.
Specialist retail consultancy SMITH PRICE has promoted MARK CHERRY from its retail agency team and DAVID O’KEEFFE from its professional team to partner
in the LLP.
BILL RIDDLE has been appointed as the new operations manager at Bournemouth’s CASTLEPOINT shopping park. Since 2008 he has managed the park’s B&Q anchor store.
