Multi Development and Aviva Investors have signed four new restaurant brands at SouthGate Bath. Jimmy Spices, PizzaExpress, Caffe Nero, and Cake Café are all due to open over the coming months.

Cake Café is a new brand from the owners of the Bridge Coffee Shop on Pulteney Bridge in Bath. Jimmy Spices brings the best of Indian, Chinese, Thai and Italian cuisine to its customers. For PizzaExpress, which will also be offering a breakfast menu, the SouthGate branch will be a significant upsize and Caffe Nero will open its third café in the city.

Stuart Harris, UK leasing director at Multi Development, said: “We are sticking to our ethos of only inviting the best brands and operators to invest in SouthGate Bath, and we believe that PizzaExpress, Caffe Nero, Cake Café and Jimmy Spices form the vanguard of a number of quality food and restaurant brands that are interested in taking space in SouthGate Bath.”

Leasing agents are Strutt & Parker and DTZ.
