Double letting success for Irish Life in Maidenhead

Irish Life Assurance, has secured two lettings at its Nicholson Centre in Maidenhead to Poundworld and Phones 4U.
A 6,487 sq ft shop at 74/76 Queens Walk has been let to Poundworld Retail at a rent of £125,000 pa on a new 10-year lease. Phones 4U has taken 1,426 sq ft at 3, High Street Mall at a rent of £60,000 pa on a five year lease term.
