Land Securities signs double outlet deal with Yumi

Land Securities signed fashion brand Yumi for two outlet stores at the galleria in Hatfield and Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth.
Yumi is a high fashion women’s clothing label, founded in 2007 and is part of the Uttam London brand. It will occupy a 1,801-sq ft unit at the galleria and a 1,765-sq ft unit at Gunwharf Quays on five year leases.
Deepan Khiroya, outlet portfolio director for Land Securities, said: “Yumi is a great fit for both centres and bolsters our female fashion line-up, particularly in Gunwharf Quays, which benefits from a predominantly urban fashion offering.”
Lanfd Securities was epresented by twentyretail and HEAD retail. Yumi was represented by Wadham & Isherwood.
