Workman Retail has announced that Georgina Grazebrook has accepted an invitation to join the partnership with effect from 1 May. Nick Hilton and Joanne Tamberlin have been appointed Associates.

Capital Shopping Centres Group has appointed Matthew Roberts as finance director. He will succeed Ian Durant who is now chairman of Capital & Counties Properties. As finance director of Debenhams, Roberts managed its 1998 IPO and ran its international business and property function. He then led a £3bn debt package as chief financial officer of Gala following the acquisition of Coral.

Newly-incorporated Metric Property Investments has appointed William Evers as investment executive. Previously associate director at LaSalle Investment Management, he will support Metric’s investment drive. In addition, Juliana Weiss Dalton has joined as head of investor relations and corporate analysis, and Richard Howell joins as financial controller. Both have significant experience of the UK property sector.

International marketing agency, Toolbox Marketing, has welcomed Gill Westwood as its new creative director. She joins from online video agency Real Time Content and has considerable experience in creative direction for integrated and digital agencies, having worked with numerous national and international brands such as Microsoft Xbox, ITV, Phones 4U and RBS.
