Published:  20 May, 2010

Land Securities has let two units in its £40m Willow Place shopping centre in Corby, Northamptonshire, to H&M and Burger King.

H&M has agreed to take a 10-year lease on 14,667 sq ft of retail space arranged over ground and first floors, adjacent to TK Maxx and Primark’s units. And Burger King has taken a 15-year lease on a 3,299 sq ft two-storey unit with outside seating on Queens Square.

Andrew Rawlings, portfolio manager at Land Securities, said: “Securing H&M is a major coup for Willow Place and is a welcome addition to the strong fashion offer that has already been achieved.”

King Sturge and Chase & Partners acted for Land Securities. H&M was unrepresented; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Burger King.
