Hammerson hires marketing specialist

Hammerson has strengthened its retail team with the creation of a new senior management role. Janette Bell has joined the company as UK sales and marketing director.
Bell brings a range of experience from the retail and FMCG sectors at Tesco, in consultancy at PricewaterhouseCoopers and for the last seven years at Centrica, where she was director of sales & marketing at British Gas Services.
David Atkins, Hammerson’s chief executive said: “The appointment of a sales and marketing director represents a key part of our strategy to provide strong customer focus and ensure our retailers derive maximum value from the space they lease from us.”
