Europa buys into building services business

Facilities management company Europa has bought Nationwide Building Services Group, and its subsidiaries Nationwide Maintenance, Falcon Mechanical and Nationwide LCS.

Europa said the integration of the Nationwide business will strengthen its core offer with the additional capacity and expertise to self-deliver mobile and static building maintenance services.

The new division will trade as Europa Nationwide Technical Services and will bring Europa’s turnover to over £140m, employing in the region of 2,500 people, making it one of the largest independent organisations within its industry sector.
