Aviva buys Torquay retail park

Aviva Investors has paid £24.4m for the 48,100-sq ft Wren retail park in Torquay.

The property is let to Boots, Carpetright, Mothercare and Next and the vendor, LaSalle Investment Management, achieved an initial yield of 5.5 per cent.

LaSalle Investment management was advised by Wilkinson Williams.
