The centre has signed up discount brand Poundstretcher Xtra for a 15,900-sq ft unit, Internacionale for a 3,190-sq ft store, and Barratts has leased 2,255 sq ft.

In the retail park, Playtime Activities Café has taken a 3,100-sq ft unit, while Halfords has leased 7,520 sq ft.

The lettings follow a £6m refurbishment and extension programme last year which added four new retail units and a new food-terrace on the first floor.
