Henry Boots sells three developments

Henry Boots Developments has sold three recently completed developments. The 190,000-sq ft Meir Park Scheme in Stoke-on-Trent is being sold to the Ormiston Trust for £10.5m.
Tebay Retail Park in Bromborough and PC World at Clifton Moor Retail Park in York, have been sold to private clients of Stephenson Day for £8.4m.
