Published:  20 July, 2009

Primark and Lidl are taking new units at The Mall Wood Green, while existing retailer New Look has signed for a new store that will more than double the size of its existing unit.

Fashion giant Primark is to be the new anchor tenant for the west side of the scheme in a 75,000-sq ft, two-level unit. New Look is upsizing at The Mall Wood Green, taking a 35,000 sq ft unit that was formerly occupied by Woolworths on a new ten- year lease. And discount supermarket Lidl will take 14,500 sq ft of space vacated by New Look.

Savills advised The Mall. Hartnell Taylor Cook represented Primark and CBRE New Look.
