H&M's COS set to open in Birmingham's Bullring

The Bullring in Birmingham

H&M Hennes and Mauritz is to open its first COS (Collection of Style) store outside London in the Bullring, Birmingham. Launched in the UK in 2006, COS promises "the design, flair and quality of high fashion at ground level prices".

COS already trades in Regent Street, Westfield London and Long Acre, Covent Garden as well as 13 other locations across Europe.

In Birmingham, it has taken 6,667 sq ft in units SU 740 and SU 741, giving it frontage to both the ground and first floor levels, plus 1,068 sq ft of remote storage, on a new 10-year lease. Nearby traders include Selfridges, French Connection, Reiss, Karen Millen and Jane Norman.
