Darren Winter has managed the 121,000-sq ft centre for six years, and last year turnover rose 3 per cent even though footfall was down 2 per cent thanks to a 15 per cent increase in dwelltime.
Runners-up - Kyla Ankers, Eccles Shopping Centre & Andy Pottle, Pescod Square, Boston.
