IAN WARD has joined the LAND SECURITIES management team as centre manager for the Stratford Centre, located in the Olympic zone in east London. Prior to joining Land Securities, Ian spent three years as general manager of Marks & Spencer at Huddersfield. He joined M&S from Safeway where he spent 20 years in a variety of senior retail roles.
JACKIE HELLIWELL has been promoted by DRANSFIELD PROPERTIES and joined the team at Marshall’s Yard in Gainsborough, taking over as event and public relations manager after spending two years in the public relations department at Dransfield’s Barnsley head office.
MARCUS WILD is to take over as chair of the ICSC EUROPEAN BOARD when Jaap Gillis stands down at the end of his three year tenure in April 2009. Wild is chief executive officer at SES Spar European Shopping Centers, part of the SPAR Austria Group.
JONATHAN KERSHAW has been appointed group bid centre director for support services company RESOURCE. He joins resource with ten years of bid management experience in the UK, having previously held bid management positions with Babcock International Group and most recently Connaught Partnerships.

KEITH BANBURY, former chief executive of the British Parking Association, has joined ALPHA PARKING as an associate. At Alpha his main focus will be the scope of the new car park division concentrating on all aspects
of developing, designing and running off-street car parks.
JONATHAN CORBY has joined TWENTYRETAIL to focus on investment, having previously been with Gooch Cunliffe Whale and Strutt & Parker.
PEEL HOLDINGS has appointed two new members to its centre management team at the soon-to-open Gloucester Quays Designer Outlet in Gloucester. NICK POOLE joins as facilities manager and richard rawlings as centre manager. Both worked previously at McArthurglen Swindon.
