Rayleigh retail park opens

Oaklake Properties has completed its Weir retail park development at Rayleigh Weir in Essex.
The scheme forms part of the Rayleigh Weir retail cluster which is dominated by the J Sainsbury and Homebase stores. In the latest phase of development Oaklake has let 15,000 sq ft to Smyths Toys at £19.75 per sq ft and a further 8,000 sq ft to Argos at £19.50 per sq ft, both on 15-year leases.
The final unit of 8,045 sq ft remains available and letting agent DWD2 is in discussions with prospective occupiers.
