RICHARD BOULTBEE has been promoted to UK sales & marketing manager for METRIC PARKING. He was formerly Metric’s field sales manager as well as having responsibilities for direct sales in the Midlands and North of England.

SARAH MATHER and LOUISE FREETHY have joined the executive team of property customer service specialist, REALSERVICE. Mather heads the company’s research and consulting services while Freethy takes charge of best practice and benchmarks. The appointments follow the recent re-branding of Kingsely Lipsey Morgan to RealService after managing director Howard Morgan bought the firm out from its US founders, the Lipsey Company and Kingsley Associates.

IAN STARBUCK has joined the management department at JOHNSON FELLOWS having previously worked with King Sturge, Donaldsons and Chesterton.

ISG Cathedral and ISG Pearce have appoined John Mawhinney as retail solutions director. He is a former joint managing director of Mace Retail, which he joined in 1996 as a senior project manager.

GROSVENOR has appointed STEPHANIE CONNELLY as centre manager at The Dolphin Shopping Centre in Poole. She previously managed a number of leading Scottish shopping centres, including opening the McArthur Glen shopping outlet in Livingston, The Paisley Centre, Callendar Square in Falkirk, and Ayr Central.

SAVILLS has recruited HAYLEY ALLEN to join its fast-growing shopping centre management practice. Having previously worked at Edgerley Simpson Howe and Partners, she has over five years experience in the industry and will join Savills as an associate.

ALAN WRIGHT has been appointed as the deputy centre manager (operations) at the Strand Shopping Centre in Bootle, Merseyside. He joins from House of Fraser where he was operations manager.
