Pizza Express has taken the former Dexters unit at the entrance to the scheme at £105,175 pa, and Subway a 727-sq ft unit at £25,000 pa. The Flaming Dragon Chinese buffet has taken 9,524 sq ft on the first floor at an initial rent of £86,250 pa. Briant Champion Long is letting agent.
