Multi Development's 600,000-sq ft Summer Row development in Wolverhampton has taken a significant step forward with the signing of Marks & Spencer as a second anchor store alongside Debenhams. Marks & Spencer will occupy a 97,000-sq ft store over three levels in the iconic building to be located at the junction of Temple Street, Cleveland Street and Snow Hill.
Paul Sargent, managing director of Multi Development UK said: "The signing of Marks & Spencer is positive news for Wolverhampton, as having two major anchor stores at either end of the Summer Row scheme will significantly enhance and strengthen the retail offering. The signing also sends out a strong positive signal to other retailers contemplating coming to Wolverhampton. Summer Row will attract shoppers from across the region and will put Wolverhampton on the retail map."
