Orchard Street Investment Management has secured five new tenants for its 125,000-sq ft outlet centre on the M74 at Gretna, in the Scottish Borders.
New lettings to Playtex (makers of Wonderbra), Escentials (perfumiers), Past Times (gift stores), O’Briens (cafes), and leading Northern Ireland soft furnisher, Bedeck, join the existing tenant list which includes Polo Ralph Lauren, LK Bennett, Marks & Spencer, Sports Direct and 50 others.
Orchard Street chairman Chris Bartram said “We are very pleased with the new lettings that we have signed at Gretna Gateway. In the 24 months that we have owned Gretna Gateway, we have increased levels of occupancy and are working on new developments to enlarge and improve further the space available for tenants.”
