Princesshay a winner again

Land Securities' Princesshay in Exeter won the award for the best medium-sized new development at the ICSC European conference in Amsterdam last month.
An international jury also chose Multi Development and 3W's Entre Deux shopping centre in Maastricht, the Netherlands as the best small centre. The award for the best large centre was shared between two Polish schemes: ECE's Galeria Krakowska in Krakow and ING's Zlote Tarasy in Warsaw.
Poland also claimed the prize for the best new centre in the very large category, which went to Apsys' Manufaktura shopping centre in Lodz, and for the best refurbishment or extension which went to Fortis' Stary Browar in Poznan.
