Land Securities' and Capital Shopping Centres' St David's Partnership has signed seven fashion retailers, all of which will be opening their first store in Wales when the 967,500-sq ft scheme opens next year.
Radley has taken a 1,335-sq ft unit while Ghost has signed up for a 1,104- sq ft shop. Reiss has taken 6,029 sq ft for its mens' and womenswear lines, and TM Lewin has taken 3,736 sq ft. Crabtree & Evelyn and Links of London have taken 891 sq ft and 881 sq ft respectively. And All Saints will trade from a 3,736-sq ft store.
Caroline Kirby, director of CSC on behalf of St David's Partnership, said: "We are delighted that St David's is providing first class opportunities for these and other exciting retailers."
