Grosvenor has agreed deals with Ghost, Dune and L'Occitane five weeks ahead of the phase one launch of Liverpool One on May 29.
Ghost is taking 1,418 sq ft, Dune 2,203 sq ft and L'Occitane 584 sq ft in Peter's Lane, the niche fashion district being created at Liverpool One, Grosvenor's £900 million retail-led regeneration of the city centre.
L'Occitane and Ghost are both new additions to Liverpool. They join brands such as Flannels, Jigsaw, Radley, Ted Baker, Fred Perry, Karen Millen and Reiss, which are all committed to Liverpool One.
Peter's Lane will open at the end of September while John Lewis, Debenhams, South John Street and the western side of Paradise Street, the urban-fashion district, together with 3,000 parking spaces, will open to the public on May 29.
Liverpool One's agents are Cushman & Wakefield, Strutt & Parker, and Tushingham Moore. DTZ advises the Grosvenor Liverpool Fund.
