Wonderbra, Past Times and Jeff Banks have signed to the Galleria – Land Securities’ 320,000-sq ft mixed-use outlet, restaurant and leisure destination in Hatfield. The deals mean 18 new units have signed at the scheme in the past year and other new arrivals include Nike, DSL selling Diesel, Calvin Klein Underwear, Gant and Le Creuset.
Wonderbra will occupy the 1,200-sq ft unit 40 on the lower level of the scheme, close to Oasis, Claire’s Accessories and Whittard on a 10-year lease. Past Times will occupy the lower-level -1,500-sq ft Unit 55 on a 5-year lease. And menswear designer Jeff Banks has taken the 988-sq ft Unit 121 on the upper level on a 10-year lease.
Phil Cottingham, portfolio director at Land Securities said: “The team has worked incredibly hard over the past 12 months to ensure the galleria’s tenant mix is enriched with national and international retail brands. These latest signings further strengthen our retail offering and we are well on the way to creating a first-class mixed use destination.”
Brian Oakwell & Co, twentyretail and Head Retail are joint letting agents for the retail elemt of the Galleria while Davis Coffer Lyons and Shelley Sandzer are letting agents for the leisure element.
