As part of its continuing growth into the retail sector, King Sturge has bought the Glasgow-based niche retail property specialist Hamilton Glen, which is led by Fiona Hamilton.
This follows the recent acquisition of London-based Leslie Furness in January and now completes the national retail network at King Sturge, specialising in shopping centre development, agency and asset management advice, as well as occupier agency advice.
Charles Miller, King Sturge's national head of in-town retail, said: "We have had plans for some time to expand our retail property services throughout the UK. This acquisition is a major step forward towards achieving this ambition."
