Land Securities' and Hammerson's Bristol Alliance has secured another eight retailers to open stores at the million-sq ft Cabot Circus in Bristol, taking the scheme to 85 per cent let ahead of its Autumn opening.
The new arrivals include Apple in 6,000 sq ft; Bench in 2,900 sq ft; Fred Perry in 810 sq ft; Hardy Amies in 1,700 sq ft; Jane Norman in 2,700 sq ft; JJB Sports in 15,600 sq ft; The Entertainer in 8,400 sq ft and the White Company in 3,700 sq ft.
Keith Stone, the Bristol Alliance's leasing director, said: “We are making enormous progress across the development and these latest lettings continue to demonstrate huge retailer confidence in Cabot Circus. Despite media commentary about the difficult retail market, Bristol’s momentum continues apace.”
Joint letting agents for the scheme are DTZ and Lunson Mitchenall.
