CAROLINE GILBERTSON has been appointed marketing co-ordinator in the Manchester office of HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS.

TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT PRODUCTS has appointed JOHN BAILEY as managing director. He joins the business from Brett Landscaping & Building Products, one of the UK's leading independent building materials manufacturers.

KEVIN BILCLOUGH has joined THE LIGHT in Leeds as operations manager after nine years at the St John's Centre, Leeds, where he held the position of security manager.

Private property investment company BOULTBEE has taken on a new financial director to support its continued growth across the continent. LEE ROBERTS joins the Boultbee management team after working as their external financial adviser at accountants Geo Little Sebire and Co where he was a partner.

BASHIR DALVI has joined the ONE STOP shopping centre in Perry Barr as manager. He previously managed the Christopher Place shopping centre in St Albans.
