Phil Corrigan, formerly of the Maltings St Albans, has been seconded by EFM Facilities to Skarholmen in Stockholm, one of the 10 Stockholm centres purchased by its client, Boultbee, in September this year.
Skarholmen, at 1.3m sq ft, is the dominant centre in the south Stockholm region and is three years into an ambitious four-year refurbishment programme. Due for relaunch in September 2008, the centre will offer in excess of 200 stores and an impressive 3,000 car parking spaces.
