MARCEL KOOIJ has joined ING REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT UK as managing director. He moves across from continental Europe where he was most recently ING's project director of Zlote Tarasy, the award winning mixed-use scheme in Warsaw, Poland.

HENRY BOOT DEVELOPMENTS has appointed two new regional managers with JAMES GREENWAY covering the north-east and JULIAN PAINTER the south-west. Both appointments are internal promotions.

PROPINVEST has promoted CHRIS GRUNDY, formerly centre manager at East Kilbride shopping centre, to the position of centre director, a role which will see him involved in wider Propinvest interests while taking on a more strategic development role for the centre.

ISG RETAIL & LEISURE has appointed SIMON LEIGH to the role of supply chain director as the fit-out specialist brings its retail and leisure suppliers together to form a shared supply chain across the business.

MOORE STREET MALL in Dublin has appointed DARREN MORRISON as centre manager. He was previously facilities manager at both RDS and Euro Car Parks.

To further strengthen its global operations, CB RICHARD ELLIS has recruited international retail specialist CHRIS IGWE and three of his staff - DELPHINE DEGIEUX, SÉBASTIEN VICENTE and JENNEMIE VICENTE - to join its retail team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition to heading the retail department of CBRE France, Igwe will also be responsible for the strategic development of shopping centre leasing across EMEA.
