The Liberty, Romford |
The Liberty Centre in Romford has secured three new tenants who have opened in time to benefit from the peak Christmas shopping period.
Starbucks has opened a 1,500-sq ft mall cafe and Ciro Citterio is trading from a 1,800-sq ft store. Hotshots, a local independent hair salon operator, completes the line up.
Fashion footwear specialist Aldo has taken a new 1,464-sq ft store, anticipated to open in January 2008.
Enda Fahy, director of The Liberty's owner Cosgrave Property Developments, said: "The Liberty has had a phenomenal year, bucking national footfall averages on a regular basis. We are also in advanced negotiations with several other high profile brands that we anticipate bringing to a successful conclusion in the New Year."
CBRE is letting agent. Gooch Cunliffe Whale represented Ciro Citterio and Montagu Evans advised Starbucks.
