Hermes Real Estate and Parlison Properties have concluded their 18-month, £15m refurbishment and extension programme at the Tottenham Hale Retail Park in North London with three significant lettings.
Asda Living has taken the largest unit on the park, a 21,180 sq ft unit at ground with a 20,000 sq ft mezzanine, at £22.93 per sq ft on a 15 year lease. This will be the first store inside the M25 for Asda's homewares format.
Next has taken an 8,500-sq ft unit at £25 per sq ft on a 10 year lease and JD Sports has taken a 5,800-sq ft unit at £32.50 on a 10 year lease.
Russell Black at Hermes Real Estate said: "Securing the first ASDA Living inside of the M25 as our anchor store is a testimony to the strength of the refurbishment and a really positive boost to the retail offer at the park."
Hermes and Parlison have also built or refurbished a number of other units at Tottenham Hale Retail Park, which range from 1,000 sq ft upwards and will be available in the next few months.
