The third and final phase of Drogheda Retail Park has received planning permission from Meath county council.
It already has an impressive list of tenants, including Argos Extra, Harvey Norman and TK Maxx. The third phase of the scheme will offer 2,800 sq m of retail space in four units.
Agent Bannon Commercial is quoting rents in excess of €230 per sq m, with completion due during 2008.
