Leisure agents Shelley Sandzer managed to create the perfect recipe of work, pleasure and charity by hosting a special advance screening of the forthcoming Disney Pixar Film Ratatouille at the Apollo West End Cinema.
A specially invited audience of chefs, restaurant owners, leisure operators, landlords and their families got to see the story of Remy, a rat whose burning ambition to become a chef sees him overcome the inevitably daunting hurdles to succeed. The event was in aid of the charity Room to Read which works to raise literacy levels in developing countries.
