Fashion brands Hugo Boss and Ted Baker, together with jeweller Links of London, are the latest big names to sign up for Grosvenor and USS's 450,000-sq ft Grand Arcade retail scheme in Cambridge.
Hugo Boss is being introduced to Cambridge as a standalone store by local retail entrepreneur, Giulio Cinque, who has already run two successful retail outlets in Cambridge for over 20 years. He will occupy a 3,000-sq ft unit spread over the ground and upper floors of St Andrew's Arcade - one of the two new covered streets being created in the development.
Ted Baker and Links will be coming to Cambridge for the first time. Ted Baker will occupy a 6,000-sq ft unit spread over the ground and upper floors, next door to Hugo Boss. Links will take a 1,600-sq ft unit at the entrance from St Andrew's Street.
Neil Barber, head of retail leasing at Grosvenor, said: "Hugo Boss, Ted Baker and Links are great examples of the high calibre of retailers eager to get into Grand Arcade because of the powerful opportunity it offers them. And we currently have a number of additional deals in solicitors' hands on which we expect to complete soon."
