Grangefern, a joint venture between Orbit Developments and United Co-operatives has secured four deals at the mixed-use Burnden Park scheme in Bolton.
Unit 2A1, totalling 8,600 sq ft, has been let to Home Bargains on a 15-year lease. Pet Zone has taken Unit 2A2, also on a 15-year lease at £70,000 pa and 7,464 sq ft will be occupied by budget retailer Poundstretcher, currently trading as Instore.
In addition Unit 4B, comprising 1,350 sq ft, has been let to Monarch Bedrooms on a 15-year lease at an initial rent of £30,000 pa.
