Swedish fashion giant H&M has become the last large space user within Eden, High Wycombe. It has signed up for an 18,500-sq ft, two-level store in a prime location situated between anchor tenants House of Fraser and Marks & Spencer. Other recent signings at the 825,000-sq ft scheme include Swarovski and Zest Juice Bar.
The project, being carried out by Multiplex and Aldersgate Investments, has eight months to go until opening in early Spring 2008. It is already 90 per cent let and has only 12 units remaining, many of which are about to go into solicitors' hands, according to Multiplex leasing director, Tim Buckley. "Having secured some of the most sought after fashion, lifestyle and leisure players, Eden now represents one of the most exciting opportunities in the south of England," he said. "With only a handful of opportunities remaining, we are confident that Eden will be fully leased on opening." King Sturge and Lunson Mitchenall are joint agents for Eden.
