At Bannon, executive chairman Joe Bannon, managing director Neil Bannon and director Marcus Wren head a team of more than 30 chartered surveyors and commercial property specialists who focus on areas of active asset management and property development.
Shopping Centre Ireland voted the firm their agent of the year, reflecting the fact that shopping centre development and leasing is a key specialism at the Bannon, which has advised Joe O'Reilly on Dundrum, the Ilac Centre and Pavilions at Swords.
Bannon has also handled the leasing on Athlone Towncentre - the biggest new scheme to open in Ireland this year - and Bridgewater in Arklow.
