Multi Development has signed four more retailers at Victoria Square, its £320m regeneration scheme in Belfast city centre. All Saints, Reiss, Billabong and GBK will all be opening their first stores in Northern Ireland.
Fashion brand All Saints has taken a 3,650 sq ft store on Victoria Square's lower ground floor, home to aspirational brands like Cruise, Hugo Boss and House of Fraser and Reiss will trade next door.
At the same time Billabong will operate from a 4,000-sq ft two-level store, which is situated off the Ann Street entrance to the scheme.
Gourmet Burger Kitchen has taken a 2,300-sq ft restaurant located on the second level near the eight-screen Odeon cinema.
Richard Green, Multi Development's leasing manager said: "Belfast's affluent catchment profile together with the stunning design of Victoria Square is proving an appealing mix for retailers - especially those towards the higher end of the market."
Victoria Square will open in March 2008, when it will provide 800,000 sq ft of retail over three floors. Confirmed tenants include House of Fraser, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Cruise, Hugo Boss, Coast, All Saints, Billabong, River Island, Virgin Megastores, Lunn's, Goldsmiths, GBK, Pizza Hut, O'Briens, Costa Coffee and the Kitchen Bar.
