Cushman & Wakefield's stable of shopping centres has adopted the Retail Trust as their charity of choice, and they're doing their bit to celebrate the retail industry's charity's 175th birthday.
Each of the centres will be lighting 175 candles on a giant cake specially made for the anniversary. Each cake will then be divided and distributed to all retail outlets in the mall, to bring the celebrations to each member of retail staff working in the centre.
And a focus for the year will be Retail Trust Week, which has been designed to help staff learn about the charity while raising vital funds. Staff will become 'Everyday Heroes' by doing something small that will make a big difference to people just like themselves.
